# Activity & Statements

> Find past deposits, sends, trades, and bank transfers in Fiber, filter and search your history, understand pending and failed statuses and references, manage notifications, and download monthly PDF statements.

Every deposit, send, trade, and bank transfer shows up in your history with a receipt you can open.

## Your history

On mobile, tap your name at the top of Home and choose **History**. The **Search** tab finds activity too, along with assets and contacts. On the web, use **Activity**.

- **Quick filters:** All, Pending, Sent, Received, Bought, and Sold.
- **Filters:** narrow by date, status, and asset.
- **Search:** find a specific activity by its reference.

## Pending activity

While something is still moving, Home shows a pill above the tab bar, for example "1 pending activity." Tap it to see every pending item. The pill celebrates when they finish.

Transfers between Fiber users and trades usually finish in about 20 seconds. Deposits and wallet sends that cross networks take longer. See [Deposits](/deposits#how-long-deposits-take) and [Sending Money](/sending#fast-and-standard). If something takes longer than usual, the receipt says so, and Fiber notifies you when it's done.

## Statuses

- **Pending or Processing:** still moving. Fiber retries failed steps on its own.
- **Completed:** done.
- **Failed:** it didn't finish. For sends and trades, the receipt says your money is still in your balance. Tap **Try again**, or **Ask Fiber** to get help from the assistant with that exact activity.
- **Returned:** a bank sent the money back.

A failed deposit is different. The funds arrived but couldn't be moved into your private balance. See [If a deposit fails](/deposits#if-a-deposit-fails).

## Receipts and references

Open any activity to see its receipt: the amount, the asset, the date, who it was with, and its status. Wallet sends also show the network, a transaction hash that opens the block explorer, and a **Reference** you can tap to copy.

References start with two letters: `TX` for transfers, `DP` for deposits, `TD` for trades, `BK` for US bank transfers, and `CW` for Canadian bank withdrawals. A reference is safe to share with support. It helps them find the exact activity without anything sensitive.

## Notifications

**Settings > Notification settings** has push and email switches for each category:

- **Account activity:** deposits, withdrawals, and balance changes
- **Activity alerts:** successful or failed transactions
- **Account updates:** changes to your account, and replies from Fiber support
- **Offers and announcements:** new features, product updates, and limited-time offers
- **Feedback updates:** progress on bugs and ideas you sent

Card activity is push only. Security alerts, such as new sign-in requests and wallet backup exports, are always sent.

## Monthly statements

On mobile, open **Settings > Statements** and tap **Download** next to a month. On the web, go to **Settings > Statements**.

- A statement is a PDF named like `fiber-statement-2026-09.pdf`.
- It lists inflows, outflows, and trade volume, then each activity with its date, description, and effect on your balance.
- Every finished calendar month since you joined is available, including months with no activity. Months follow UTC.
- The current month appears once it ends.

Statements cover deposits, sends, trades, and bank transfers. Rewards don't appear as separate rows.
