Fiber guarantees the privacy of all incoming and outgoing funds. We built our privacy engine based on Railgun on Ethereum.

Private deposits

Every deposit into your private wallet is done via one-time addresses that are automatically generated as a key derivation or your master seed. These segregated one-time addresses keep the flow of funds opaque onchain and automatically sweep funds to your private wallet address (0zk address).

Private transfers

If you transfer to another Fiber user, we use Railgun’s private transfers natively. However if you transfer out, we use a one-time address to send the funds to the other wallet, preserving privacy even if your counterparty does not use Fiber.

Private swaps

When buying an asset such as Gold or Silver, Fiber uses a one-time address to unshield your USD, swap and then shields the asset you bought (Gold/Silver/etc.) back to Railgun. No one can trace that swap back to your wallet.

Private yield

If enabled, your stablecoin are automatically depositted into a Morpho vault with exposure to only BTC/ETH lending. The morpho vault shares are then shielded to your private wallet address, ensuring fully private yield.
