Fiber Card

The Fiber Card is an optional Visa spend card issued through Rain and integrated into Fiber.

It allows eligible users to make their supported stablecoin balances useful for everyday purchases. The Fiber Card is accepted wherever Visa is accepted.

How Purchases Work

When you make a purchase with the Fiber Card, Rain handles the conversion required to process the transaction through the Visa network. The corresponding amount is deducted from your eligible stablecoin balance in Fiber.

The merchant receives a standard card payment through Visa and does not directly receive or accept stablecoins.

The entire payment process is integrated into the Fiber Card experience, so purchases can be made directly using your available eligible balance.

Using Your Fiber Card

Approved users can access their Fiber Card directly in the app.

The card can be added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet, where supported, for tap-to-pay purchases. It can also be used for eligible online purchases wherever Visa is accepted.

Card Tiers

Fiber may offer different Visa card tiers, including:

  • Visa Platinum
  • Visa Infinite

The benefits, eligibility requirements, limits, and services associated with each tier may differ. The specific benefits included with your card will be displayed in Fiber or provided in the applicable benefit terms.

Managing Your Card

Available card controls may include:

  • Viewing your card details
  • Adding your card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet
  • Freezing or unfreezing your card
  • Reviewing pending and completed transactions
  • Viewing spending limits and other card controls

Available features may depend on your eligibility, card tier, and applicable terms.

Eligibility and Identity Verification

Identity verification for the Fiber Card is completed through Fiber in partnership with Rain.

Rain handles card approval and applicable compliance requirements. Having a Fiber account does not guarantee approval for the Fiber Card, and additional information may be required during the application process.

Product Separation

The Fiber Card is provided through Rain and is separate from Fiber’s private onchain functionality.

Card applications and transactions are subject to the applicable card terms, compliance requirements, transaction monitoring, and fraud controls.

Fees, Limits, and Support

Fees, spending limits, transaction restrictions, and other card terms may vary. The applicable information will be displayed in Fiber or provided in your cardholder terms.
