Getting Started
Create and secure your Fiber account, explore the app, and make your first deposit.
Fiber is designed to make getting started with onchain finance simple. You can create an account, secure it, and begin using supported assets without managing a seed phrase.
1. Create your account
Download Fiber and register using your email address or phone number.
Follow the verification steps shown in the app to create your Fiber account.
2. Secure your account
Set up the available security features on your device, including biometric authentication where supported.
Fiber uses non-custodial wallet infrastructure designed to give you control of your account without requiring a traditional seed phrase.
Keep access to your registered email address or phone number secure, and never share verification codes or account credentials with anyone.
3. Explore Fiber
From the app, you can:
- View your balances and financial activity
- Receive, send, and transfer supported digital assets
- Earn rewards on eligible balances
- Trade crypto, digital metals, and tokenized US stocks
- Access additional products available in your region
The Rain-issued Fiber Card is also available as an optional product add-on in eligible regions, allowing approved users to use supported balances for everyday purchases.
4. Make your first deposit
Select Deposit, choose the asset and supported network, and copy the address or scan the QR code provided.
Before sending funds:
- Confirm that the asset is supported
- Select the correct blockchain network
- Check that the deposit address matches
- Consider sending a small test amount first
Deposits sent using an unsupported asset or network may not be recoverable.
5. Start using Fiber
Once your deposit is confirmed, you can hold, transfer, trade, or earn rewards on eligible assets.
Optional products such as the Fiber Card require separate identity verification and are subject to eligibility, jurisdiction, fees, and applicable terms. Card services are provided through Rain.
