Supported chains
Deposit from Ethereum, major EVM chains, and Solana. Privacy activation and free-tx setup mean some deposits take longer than a block confirmation.
Fiber is one app over multiple networks. Today that means:
- Ethereum
- EVM-compatible chains — currently Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and Polygon
- Solana
Support still varies by asset and feature. “The chain is listed” is not the same claim as “every flow is identical everywhere.”
How deposits work
You deposit a supported asset from a supported network. Fiber then prepares it for private use inside the app. Depending on the chain and asset, that can include privacy activation, transaction preparation, or enabling free/private transaction flows.
Because Fiber also aggregates assets onto a common path for private use, some deposits take longer to become fully usable than a plain wallet transfer.
If the chain transfer succeeded, it should show in activity history right away. Usability inside private balances can lag that confirmation.
Why a deposit can feel slow
Timing depends on:
- the network and its congestion
- required confirmations
- asset type
- privacy activation steps
- free-transaction setup
- indexing and internal processing
A slow deposit is annoying. It is not automatically a lost deposit.
Before you send
Check all of these:
- the asset is supported
- the network is supported
- the deposit address matches the selected network
- you are sending on the correct chain
- the feature you want exists for that asset
Wrong-network and unsupported-asset deposits are the classic footgun. The funds may still be associated with your account in some cases, but they can be delayed, limited, or just not show up the way you expect. Confirm before you send.

Can I deposit from any chain?
No. Only supported chains and assets.
Why is my deposit taking longer than expected?

is not the same as failed.

Are private transactions identical on every supported chain?
Not necessarily. Privacy depth depends on chain, asset, and infrastructure.
